Leadership and management of mobility management with a team of currently 9 employees and their leadership, motivation and further development Strategic orientation of the mobility team and development of innovative mobility concepts taking into account the budgeted CO2 reduction Own-responsible management of the German-wide fleet at strategic and operational level Further implementation of the new mobility strategy: electrification of the fleet and introduction of new mobility concepts Responsibility for proper process implementation within the framework of holder liability (e.g. driver's license control), responsibility for budgeting and earnings as well as saving costs and reaching budgeted savings per calendar year Further development and adaptation of standards, guidelines and processes in the field of fleet and cost optimization based on TCO (total cost of ownership) Responsibility for negotiations and framework contract design with leasing companies, vehicle manufacturers, car houses, insurers and other service providers as well as support of the team as an escalation stage

Professional training or studies as well as multiannual relevant professional experience Knowledge of fleet management and technical understanding Very good MS Office and SAP knowledge, ideally very good English knowledge for negotiating supplier contracts and for exchange with European Schindler-Ländergesellschaft Negotiation security with leasing makers, automotive manufacturers and service providers Embossed customer orientation and careful, result-oriented and strategic-analytical thinking and working methods High levels of enforcement, decision-making and readiness and flexibility
