Build progress together with passion from ideas Conducting diverse construction measures in the construction sector, such as logistics halls, production facilities, car parks, data centers as well as office buildings, from costing to processing to acceptance Support and monitoring of our construction projects in terms of dates, costs and quality Procurement and management of subcontractors Personnel responsibility as a manager for construction staff Work with the instruments of standardised project processing, BIM and Lean methods

Complete engineering studies or equivalent qualification Multiannual professional experience in the construction and project management of construction measures in the construction industry Extensive knowledge in the fields of costing, VOB, execution planning, contracting and construction Negotiating skills, enforcement skills and strong social competence
