Creation and monitoring of budget deviation analyses and forecasts Creation of Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Reports including Plan-Soll-Ist Compare Implementation of cost-effectiveness calculations, investment calculations and ad hoc evaluations Creation of product calculations and monitoring of production-related KPIs Implementation, maintenance, analysis and optimization of the cost accounting system Implementation of benchmarking and best practice analyses to identify optimization potentials Development and implementation of new controlling tools and systems
