Asset Accounting Employee (m/w/d)

We are looking for you for the property office of the state capital of Stuttgart. The body shall be occupied in part-time (40 %) and indefinitely. If desired, the working time can be increased by a temporary job (28 %) until 31.10.2026. Within the municipal administration, the property office performs central tasks in land transport and real estate management. Within the Office, the subject area supports household, accounting and asset accounting, as one of three areas of expertise in the Department of Administration, the Head of Administration and the departments in the performance of their duties.

You process facts and basic questions in the investment bill for the city-wide real estate stock and new construction measures You act as an internal contact person and link between departments and specialist offices You take care of all tasks related to the maintenance and maintenance of the asset accounting for the managed real estate You contribute to the preparation of the annual financial statements You support the implementation of the inventory and update the data in SAP You cooperate in the internal process optimization and, if necessary, take over. Special tasks A change or addition of the task area is reserved.

A completed degree (Bachelor/Diplom Betriebswirt/-in) in the field of public management, financial management or an alternative comparable university degree or A passed audit as an administrative specialist (former employee training course II), tax specialist As an alternative, a comparable qualification with equivalent skills as well as multiannual professional experience in the above-mentioned tasks Skills and multi-year practical experience at least in sub-areas of the tasks presented Knowledge of plant accounting and experience with SAP FI-AA and MS-Office are advantageous Ability to work analytically, conceptually and independently, as well as strong communication, team and conflictability
