Checking, holding and accounting of input invoices including Monitoring the approval workflow Processing of supplier requests and reminders Creation and monitoring of payment transactions Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB / Swiss GAAP Participation in intercompany voting, account voting and analysis of various balance sheet items Participation in the creation of the sales tax pre-registration and responsibility for various government reports Support for budget and forecast planning

Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification with a focus on accounting Multiannual experience in creditor accounting of advantage Good knowledge of ERP systems (ideally SAP incl. AFI) and MS Office Knowledge in the HGB and ideally Swiss GAAP Structured, careful and independent operation Teamability and Communication Strength English knowledge of Word and Writing
