Tasks

Order processing for national and international customers -Association partners for customers in operational daily business -Creation of order confirmations, delivery notes, invoices and credits

• Monitoring of scheduled deliveries (export/import)
• Organization of export deliveries
• Weekly stock agreement (B2B)
• Creation of the weekly service level report for European business units and reporting to management
• Continuous review and adjustment of average prices in cooperation with the financial department -Booking and accounting of stocks -Managing master data

Requirements profile

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification -Experiments in sales services and/or supply chain management desirable -Safe handling of SAP R/3 SD and MS Office package -Funding German and English -Communicative, team-capable -Customer and service oriented -Flexible, can work independently and result-oriented
