Various tasks They are responsible for the installation and development of modern measuring devices as well as intelligent measuring systems. In customer systems you take over the assembly and troubleshooting of controllable loads. They evaluate and check customer systems for defects according to the technical connection conditions and regulations. In the case of identified defects, you initiate internal processes to correct and carry out a careful documentation. They independently arrange customer appointments and coordinate them to optimize route planning. Your task is to ensure efficient processing of orders in a well thought-out order. Convincing profile Training: You have completed training in electrical engineering or a comparable qualification. Experience: Ideally, you have already gained experience with electrical customer and counter systems. Knowledge of house installation as well as meter and measurement is advantageous. Knowledge: At best, you are safe in handling MS Office applications. Operation: You are also convinced by your independent, systematic and careful operation. Do not lose sight of the customer's wishes. Tasks that will be transferred to you will be handled responsibly. Personality: They are a communication talent and have fun organizing. In addition, you will be happy to work with other colleagues in the team. About the area We take care of an appropriate and reliable measurement of the energy quantities consumed or generated by the customer. We hereby ensure that calibre regulations and standards are respected. The connection of measurement technology to our central systems is monitored and adapted to future challenges by innovative technologies. The support and processing of requests from the registered electrical installers is also part of the task.
