Strategic and operational development of the IT landscape with around 500 users (Frigotechnik & GHC) in close cooperation with the IT manager Building a future-oriented IT roadmap and a continuous improvement process, as well as savings partners and direct line of business management -you connect business and IT Introduction and Establishment of Standards, Methods and Best Practices in IT-Change Management Control and implementation of change processes and projects (including ERP, virtualization and IT security) – You inspire employees and act as professional contact persons Modelling and implementation of slim, efficient and digital business processes Responsibility for budget planning, control and resource management Cooperation with data protection and information security officers to develop data protection and data security measures

You are a powerful leader and can already demonstrate successful change processes. In addition, bring: Multiannual professional experience in a similar position, ideally focusing on strategic planning, IT architecture and process optimization Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification Windows Server and Virtualization (VMware) experience is advantageous Experience in the implementation and operation of ERP systems Found experience in change management as well as accompanying transformation projects in the middle class Detectable qualifications in (agile) project management and project experience in the field of digital transformation Extensive commercial understanding and broad technical know-how Professional leadership, communication strength and a sovereign appearance at all levels
