The Central University Administration is responsible for the areas of study, committee and legal matters, personnel, household and finance as well as technical infrastructure. At the Institute of Software & Systems Engineering (ISSE) of the University of Augsburg is at the Chair of Software Engineering (Mr. Dr. Wolfgang Reif) from 1. July 2025 Senior Consultant (m/w/d) to the extent of 85% of the regular working time in an employment relationship which is initially limited to two years. Remuneration shall be effected in the presence of personal and collective conditions up to a fee group of 6 TV-L. In order to strengthen the secretariat team, a dedicated, friendly and versatile person is sought to support research and teaching at the institute.

The activities include the support of the head of the institute, the office organisation of the secretariat, internal and external correspondence and communication, account, contract and appointment monitoring, support in personnel matters, preparation and follow-up of travel and meetings, accompanying organisation of meetings, updating of internal databases and websites, cooperation with scientists, students and university administration.

A well-founded vocational training (secretariat, administration, purchasing). Area, etc.), positive and professional appearance, team skills, organisational and communication skills, very good computer and software knowledge (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint), routined handling of digital media and Internet (including e.g. mail, web, CMS), willingness to work in new technologies as well as secure English knowledge in word and writing. The working language is German. The necessary qualification must already be demonstrated in the application documents by appropriate certificates.
