You advise municipalities and private owners based on the development of future-oriented urban projects and energetic renovations You take the lead in urban planning processes and lead complex projects safely to success You create profound analyses and integrated concepts (ISEK, VU) that serve as a schedule for lively quarters You safely navigate through public funding programs and develop smart financing concepts for ground-breaking building and urban development projects You support our team in exciting architect competitions and planner selection procedures You actively bring your ideas into the design of new areas of activity of urban and local development

You are registered:r Architekt:in, Landschaftsarchitekt:in or Stadtplaner:in and are burning to use your knowledge strategically and advisably You will enjoy dialogue with politics, authorities and citizens:inside and moderate processes with excellent German You think conceptually, love complex challenges and like to work in an interdisciplinary team You are interested in the areas of funding, procurement and contracting – we support you with an intensive involvement in becoming an expert here A professional handling of MS Office is of course for you; CAD knowledge is a welcome plus
