Manager Order Coordination in Customer Service for EU countries with a focus on Germany (m/w/d)

At our location in Tornesch near Hamburg we are looking for a manager of contract coordination in the customer service for EU countries with a focus on German (m/w/d).

Planning, coordination and system-side acquisition of customer orders in Europe (the focus of German-speaking countries) from acceptance of the contract to confirmation of the order, to borrowing / Faktura to the customer (Order-to-Cash process) Ensuring the inclusion of all customer requirements and product-specific and legal requirements (AMG, GDP, sales channels, UStG) Timely transfer of the customer orders to the Picking & Shipping division (including the cancellation of the capacity with logistics / exit slots) Disposition of transports within the EU according to GDP (Lkw, courier) Maintaining delivery dates and implementation of shipment tracking Quantity and price adjustments in cooperation with Sales Calculation of the reported purchases of the medac premises and the completion of the inventory checks and corrections in the depot warehouses in the context of the monthly accounts Installation and maintenance of prices and customer base data in the product management system

Business Training Successfully completed, e.g. as a freight forwarder / logistics merchant / Kaufmann (m/w/d) for freight forwarding and logistics services or merchant (m/w/d) in wholesale and foreign trade Multiannual professional experience in customer service Knowledge of the handling of customer orders in the EU countries with a focus on Germany Cross-sectoral concession for different procedures Safe handling of the PC, in particular with MS Office and product management systems flowing German and (very) good English Self­employed, self­employed and self­employed Customer-oriented thinking and action as well as team skills, flexibility and reliability
