Your tasks include the participation in the implementation of quality management and operational excellence initiatives as well as the support of internal and external projects. In addition, you analyze and optimize end-to-end processes and actively contribute to the development and development of the management system. You also use Lean Management, Six-Sigma and Classic Quality Management methods and document their application. In addition, develop and establish new standards and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the company. You accompany organisational change processes and moderate cross-departmental workshops on the successful implementation of new working methods. You work closely with internal departments, external partners and consulting companies to develop processes and quality standards in a sustainable manner.

You have completed university studies (FH or university). In addition, you will bring several years of professional experience in quality management. In addition, you have sound knowledge of ISO 9001 as well as a strong understanding of processes, process orientation and process optimization; Knowledge of automotive methods and production processes is advantageous.
