Experience in Application Management (on premises) Deep understanding of cloud services such as M365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, ExchangeOnline, PowerApps...) Experience with the management of Azure environments Experience with the installation, configuration and maintenance of on-premises servers (Microsoft infrastructure such as MSSQL or Exchange) Basic knowledge in virtualization technologies and database management systems Implementation of privacy and security policies and standards according to ISO 27001 or similar frameworks Experience with APIs and Middleware solutions Ability to analyze and optimize data flows between applications Creation of regular reports on application performance and availability Structured problem analysis and solution development Ability to quickly understand complex IT environments Ability to explain technical facts in a comprehensible manner Proactive detection and solving problems
