Project Manager / Master Painter (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client, HAPEKO, the personnel consulting for specialists and executives, is looking for a dedicated project manager / painter master (m/w/d) in a permanent position.

Responsible planning, organisation and control of demanding painter projects – from customer request to successful completion Coordination of several construction sites with regard to quality, dates and cost-effectiveness Staff planning and professional leadership and motivation of employees Competent consulting and customer support throughout the entire project period Ensuring high-quality and timely execution of all works Close cooperation with the management Responsibility for economic and customer-oriented project execution

Successfully completed training in painter and painter crafts, ideally with further training for painter master or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in painter's crafts or a comparable structure Experience in project management, construction management or construction site coordination is advantageous Organisational skills as well as a structured and independent way of working Leadership and joy in cooperation with employees Embossed customer orientation, communication strength and a safe occurrence Quality awareness, sense of responsibility and solution-oriented thinking driving licence class B
