full time. The job is limited to two years.

Your tasks

Pedagogical & nursing care: They take over the educational and nursing care as well as the assistance of the employees with Handicap in everyday work.

Working guidance & guidance: They accompany and support the employees with Handicap in the production processes and guide them in carrying out their tasks with external customers.

Production & solution finding: They carry out production orders independently and develop individual solutions for challenges that arise from the customer.

Document & funding planning: They take over the necessary documentation and reporting including the creation and updating of funding planning according to TGS.

Your profile

Qualifications:They have completed vocational training as well as special pedagogical additional qualification. Ideally you bring experience in working with people with handicap as well as knowledge in documentation and participation planning.

Engagement:They enjoy working with people with handicap and are committed to their participation in working life. You will be able to convince with organizational skills, flexibility, resilience and quality and customer-oriented work.

**They work independently, independently and structured and are happy to join the team. With your social competence and team skills, you can always meet people with Handicap with value, professional and eye height.

Required: You have a class B licence.
