Area: Plant service and operation Wastewater disposal for permanent recruitment Full time 01.03.2027 Place: Magdeburg Location: Headquarter Blue Bock As a manager:in plant service and operation wastewater disposal you report directly to the management. Together with your management team, you will create the conditions for safe, economical and future-oriented operation of wastewater facilities and implement the strategic corporate objectives in your area of responsibility. A persuasive leadership is sought that motivates, develops and guides employees and executives. You actively shape change processes, promote cross-departmental cooperation and continuously develop the area to successfully master the future challenges of wastewater disposal.

Professional and disciplinary leadership, motivation and further development of the area with 3 directly assigned executives of the next level and a total of around 120 employees – in a direct line of report on management Ensuring safe, legally compliant, economic and environmentally sound operation of wastewater plants including sewage plants, pump plants and other wastewater facilities Take over the function as a technical manager and responsibility for compliance with all relevant legal, technical and operational requirements Organisation, control and continuous optimization of operating and maintenance processes to ensure plant availability, operational safety and efficiency Ensuring effective quality, risk and disruption management including analysis of vulnerabilities and development and implementation of appropriate measures Initiation, evaluation and support of strategic projects and change processes together with the management and departments (e.g. in the context of implementation KARL) Planning, management and monitoring of budgets and responsible use of human, financial and technical resources Representation of the company to authorities, trade associations, bodies and other external partners

Successfully completed engineering studies (Diplom/Master)Siedlungswasserwirtschaft / Wasserwirtschaft Process Engineering / Environmental Technology Supply technology Economic engineering or comparable technical-scientific studies

Multiannual leadership and management experience in a comparable management function, ideally in wastewater management or a comparable technical infrastructure industry Impressed management competency associated with an appreciation, motivational and team-oriented leadership personality Valuable and participatory leadership style with an open feedback and communication culture Comprehensive and long-term knowledge as well as practical experience in operation, maintenance and development of wastewater collection, drainage and treatment plants Structured and result-oriented working methods as well as pronounced entrepreneurial and economic thinking High level of sense of responsibility, determination and readiness Enforcement and Conflict Resolution Competence with the simultaneous ability to develop sustainable and sustainable solutions High competence in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, authorities, service providers and other partners
