Your tasksYou provide our clients professionally, individually and with heart. You carry out basic and treatment care in accordance with current standards of care. You first, review and evaluate the SIS as well as the planning of measures and document all care services carefully and digitally. You recognize changes in the health of our clients and initiate the necessary measures. You advise and accompany clients as well as their relatives sensitively and competently. You work with doctors, therapists, hospitals and other cooperation partners. You take responsibility for compliance with our quality standards and actively contribute to the further development of our care service. If necessary, you support the incorporation of new employees. If you have a training as a practical guide, you can actively participate in the development of our training area together with us and will accompany trainees in the future.

This brings you with completed training as a nursing specialist, elderly caregiver, health caregiver or a comparable recognised qualification. Ideally professional experience in outpatient care – starters are also welcome with appropriate motivation. Joy in working with people in need of care and a friendly, respectful and empathic approach. A sense of responsibility, reliability and an independent, structured way of working. Team spirit and the willingness to create a high-quality care together with colleagues. Good knowledge of German in word and writing. Class B licence.
