Handling ad-hoc data requests from business and HR stakeholders. Supporting the creation of reports, dashboards, and analyses (e.g. data monthly reporting), and effectively communicate key findings. Organizing and structuring HR data while ensuring data quality and consistency. Assisting in the rollout of the new HR system and supporting data migration. Collaborating with cross-functional teams across People Partnering, People Operations, and Learning & Development. Gaining experience with HR analytics tools such as Workday, Power BI, and R. Play a key role in shaping HR strategies and process improvements, making a real impact on the organization.

You are in the advanced stages of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, (Business) Informatics, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Sociology, or Psychology (with a quantitative focus) or have equivalent qualifications. You have initial experience with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., SQL queries, Power BI/Tableau, R/Python). You are proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. A data-driven mindset and strong focus on data accuracy are key to your way of working. You have a hands-on mentality, bring innovative ideas, and work in a results-oriented manner. You are fluent in English and enjoy working in an international environment; German skills are a plus. You are eager to learn, grow, and take ownership of projects that will challenge and develop your analytical and problem-solving skills.
