As a Master of Science in Process Management - Technical Processes, you support our exciting field of service management. In the dual training system at the Bosch Home Comfort Group, theory and practice are closely linked. Qualified lecturers as well as lecturers from the practice of the dual university “Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen” at the Wetzlar site provide you with theoretical expertise while collecting your practical experience in the company.

• You work in an ambitious team on strategic projects to optimize, digitize and automate processes and products for the German factory customer service (e.g. smart maintenance, remote services, energy efficiency analysis).
• Thanks to your ideas, you promote the development and optimization of our IT tool chain to improve customer journey and customer satisfaction (e.g. in S/4 HANA).
• To do this, you make a decisive contribution in the analysis of data and in the construction of interactive dashboards for internal and external stakeholders (e.g. with Power BI, SAC or similar tools).
• In addition, you promote the use of artificial intelligence such as chatbots, process automation, service quality and customer contact.
• You put the focus of the study subjects into practice.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor in Business Administration, Economic Engineering, Business Informatics or Comparative Qualification
• Experiences and know-how: first experience in process and project management; good MS Office and copilot/ChatGPT knowledge; Interest in technical topics and/or programming, use of artificial intelligence in the company
• Personality and mode of operation: as a communication-strong, flexible and responsible team player, you also keep an overview in high-speed phases, you understand how to work independently and independently, always having the wishes of the client and the goals in mind and going analytically, you will be sure to show up and be enthusiastic
• Enthusiasm: Affinity for new technologies and interest in working with interdisciplinary stakeholders
• Languages: very good German and English skills
