The younger Classicbid business unit is dedicated to the topic “classical automobiles”. And in our ClassicX world everything is about hotel, gastronomy and events. The family business with 35 years of experience currently employs more than 400 employees throughout Germany. In order to strengthen our team, the company headquarters in Wiesbaden (with Germany-wide travel activities) will now be filled in full time:

Responsible management, control and monitoring of construction and real estate projects in all performance phases Coordination and management of internal and external project participants (e.g. architects, specialist planners, construction companies) Ensuring appointments, costs and quality (controlling and reporting) Implementation of tenders and awards in accordance with VOB/A, HOAI or internal standards Contact persons for authorities, investors, users and other stakeholders Control of project communication and creation and maintenance of relevant project documentation Participation in site analyses, feasibility studies and cost-effectiveness calculations Support in the development of processes in project management

Complete study in the field of civil engineering, architecture, real estate management or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the management of construction or real estate projects Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (VOB, HOAI, BauGB etc.) Sovereign appearance, communication strength and negotiation skills Embossed project management skills and structured and solution-oriented working methods Teamability and Persistency Germany-wide readiness to travel
