The Ed Engineering and Infrastructure Directorate. Züblin AG, headquartered in Stuttgart, is Germany-wide provider of engineering structures in the context of infrastructure projects in the STRABAG Group. We implement major projects such as the new underground station in Stuttgart, the new underground line 5 in Hamburg or the second S-Bahn station in Munich.

Supporting the People & Culture departments and purchasing in all administrative and organizational tasks Competent handling of all classical assistance tasks (e.g. booking of travel, post management etc.) Organisation and follow-up of interviews, employee talks, supplier talks, and presence events such as training or care of guests Preparation and preparation of work contracts, contract changes and certificates related to People & Culture Data system - and care, shipping of tenders and requests as well as follow-ups, in our supplier portal SPS for purchasing Organisation and support of onboarding processes and exit processes Support in the digitization and creation of forms, processes and manuals as well as data management via PUMA etc.

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification Handling MS Office applications, digital tools and databases Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Discretion, reliability, an independent and dedicated way of working and fun to handle people communication and organizational talent, with good eye for details foresighted work and responsible action Excellent forms of handling
