These are your tasks Your claim is to continue to strengthen and expand the development of MBS and the Group together with your team colleague:inside as a service provider. More specifically, your daily actions are composed of these tasks: Solutions and services-oriented legal consultancy of the market areas and departments and support in legally relevant correspondence Legal participation in overarching projects and fundamental issues Participation in legal opinions and decision-making templates for the Executive Board and departments Representation of the savings bank to the outside (personally and in writing) in the associated areas Legal accompaniment of – extrajudicial and judicial – legal disputes, including legal assistance for lawyers in the associated subjects Observing current case law and legal developments on your relevance for the Sparkasse and the Group We wish Successfully completed legal higher education or comparable adequate training practical experience in legal advice, preferably with bank reference; also a professional training course in the bank Knowledge in the field of general banking, credit and civil law, complemented by good understanding of business relations Result and service-oriented consulting competence High performance motivation, entrepreneurial thinking and acting and independent work The ability to communicate clearly and to present complex facts both in writing and oral You can expect from us An annual salary between 50.546 – 69.665 Euro (TVöD-S), tailored to your professional experience including special payments, plus a variable share 39 working hours per week, flexible working hours The possibility of working up to 40% mobile 32 days holiday, additionally free of work on 24th and 31st December as well as special holidays for special occasions A dedicated workplace, modern and ergonomically furnished An onboarding tailored to you, incl.
