In this position you are at home in our 4-person ticketing team and together with our event teams design ticketing structure and pricing strategy for our trade fairs. You configure measurement-specific parameters in the back office of the ticketing system (e.g. installation of articles, prices, event-specific layout) and prepare the go level of the ticket shop. They serve the current ticket shop as well as the 2nd level support (internal/external) and create reports for the event team as well as other departments. They plan the admission situation of our on-site events (e.g. personnel, technology) and are the first contact person on site for both external service providers and visitors. They continuously develop the ticketing system to improve usability for our customers as well as internal processes. You check the mapping of new formats in our ticketing system and advance necessary further developments. You work proactively with various departments in the house.

You will have very good conditions for this position if you have completed business studies or commercial training as well as relevant experience in dealing with business systems. They have a good understanding of processes and processes, are system-affin and have fun in implementing complex requirements.
