A completed study of social education, social work, medical education, special education, rehabilitation education or a comparable discipline Disability-specific knowledge and rehabilitation education skills are desirable First practical experience in working with vulnerable and/or socially disadvantaged young people Safe handling of current MS Office applications Embossed organisational skills and communication strength Own-sponsored and structured operation High empathy, reliability and team skills in the educational work environment The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
