How is the working day:

The kitchen team doesn't work in the subservice! After jointly discussed classification, the following tasks are assigned: Organization of your own workplace Mise en Place before the ''Abend-Rush' Pre- and preparation of à la carte dishes on your own Creating/visiting recipes for the upscale à la carte cuisine Arrangement of orders Preparation and processing of fresh products in all hygienic aspects
