We are looking for an experienced object manager (m/w/d) at the next possible time to conduct our cleaning services independently. They will form the operating center of our building cleaning activities in the Zwickau area and ensure that all services are provided according to the highest quality standards.

Your duties

• Development of new customers and projects through sales activities (in cooperation with the area distribution)
• You have the opportunity to compile your team on your own responsibility: personnel recovery, personnel planning and shift planning for your team
• Creation of calculations for new customer orders and projects
• Coordination and monitoring of all cleaning work in your area of responsibility
• Quality control and compliance with service standards
• Teampower: You are willing to pack yourself up and support your team operationally.

This will inspire us

• Completed training in the field of building cleaning, maintenance cleaning or comparable training
• Multiannual practical experience in building cleaning or industrial cleaning
• Ideally, you bring first leadership experience and convince employees and customers with a safe appearance
• Basic knowledge of costing and personnel planning
• Ability to work independently and act independently
• Willingness to shiftwork (in exceptional cases)
• Class B driving licence (you receive a service vehicle from us)
• Good knowledge required
