For 24 years, Medgate has brought doctors directly to the patients thanks to telemedicine 24/7. More than 300 motivated employees – including more than 150 doctors – are actively contributing to the medicine of tomorrow at Medgate and with the help of future-oriented digital health solutions. Anyone who treats patients at distance in Medgate is trained intensively in telemedicine at the beginning. The medical guidelines developed for the needs of telemedicine and developed continuously for years are practical and designed for distance treatment. The patient management system supports doctors, among other things, by using artificial intelligence in the treatment. Thus, doctors have less administrative effort and can focus more specifically on patients. The medicine of the future is already a reality at Medgate. With flexible work models and reliable service planning, Medgate's profession, leisure and family can be optimally combined. You treat the patients of Medgate, both adults and children and adolescents, independently as a telemedicine from 2pm to 7pm. For this, you communicate with the patients in most cases by phone or chat, in rare cases also by video call. Our telemedical guidelines support you in the final therapy or the triage of physical service providers – we treat 50% of all medical concerns. The workload suitable for your current life section in the range of 40 and 80%. A working week that is limited at 42 hours (at Pensum 100%) and that you can help shape with your work and free wishes. We have no overtime. In the case of additional needs, those colleagues who can set up additional layers report. You can easily work from home and save unnecessary journey times in the already packed family everyday: home office from Germany, Spain and Switzerland possible. You are a doctor or a doctor: completed medical studies with a doctor's degree, as well as specialist titles for general internal medicine or at least 2 years of experience in general medicine.
