Senior IT Solution Architect – Service Management (ITSM) (m/f/d)

You ensure stable operation in data management, thus making a decisive contribution to network security and system stability, engage in 1st and 2nd level support and participate in the rotating, remunerated readiness for KRITIS-relevant systems. Because you think systems holistically, you realize scalable IT architectures in critical infrastructure and are responsible for building and operating end-to-end monitoring for data flows and services, including alerting, KPIs/SLOs, as well as audit and compliance reports. You take over the administration and development of systems on Linux and Windows platforms, automate tests and control change and release management. In addition, set targets (e.g. IT Security Act, BSI Recommendations and ISMS), establish curing measures, respond to patch and vulnerability management and ensure emergency care through business continuity and disaster recovery concepts. You control interdisciplinary teams and external service providers with clearly defined SLAs and security requirements and are responsible, along with other departments, the appointment, budget and resource planning as well as contract design.

You have a degree in economic informatics, computer science or comparable training. Multiannual experience in the design, integration and operation of safety-critical systems (from technical application to platform), in IT service management and ITIL frameworks, especially in incident and change processes, will also help you. You possess well-founded know-how in the administration of specialist applications on Linux and Windows systems and are versed in handling interfaces, automation, CI/CD pipelines as well as SAP and Power BI. Experience with ISMS and audit capability (e.g. according to ISO 27001) you also have on the Have page, knowledge of BSI specifications, minimum KRITIS standards, emergency management and corresponding reporting paths are a plus. German and English dominate you in a safe manner; also convince you with your quick understanding, analytical skills, hands-on mentality and your team spirit.
