Your tasks: In this role, you are responsible for the potential management program in the Energy Networks business segment with a high level of quality, effectiveness and consistency.

This means: the technical responsibility for the structure, quality and further development of the potential carrier pool

the design and control of a demanding, multi-stage program for potential carriers (w/d/m)

the professional design and implementation of a perspective day for a sound selection of suitable potential providers (w/d/m)

the individual, targeted accompaniment of a vintage of potential carriers (w/d/m) along defined development logics

the structured planning, moderation and documentation of development and feedback processes

Your profile:

You have a strong professional attitude towards the development of people and organizations - and the experience of implementing them effectively.

This is your potential: Professional, educational or similar qualifications at least Level 6 of the DQR (specialist or bachelor's degree) and well-founded, multi-year experience in strategic personnel, talent or competence development

Complete coaching training or a comparable qualification

proven practice in the design, control and quality assurance of demanding development programs with different stakeholders

Very good understanding of organisational dynamics, role logics and decision-making processes as well as the ability to navigate them professionally

High diagnostic competence, reflected consulting and safe handling of proximity, responsibility and professional distance

Clarity, sovereignty and liability in communication - even in challenging conversation situations and towards executives

High demands on structure, depth and effectiveness while simultaneously sensitive to individual development processes

Self-employed, analytical and predictive working methods with a strong focus on priorities and relationships

Very good German knowledge (C1) as well as professional handling of digital HR, collaboration and learning environments
