Head of Real Estate (m/f/d)

As Head of Property (m/w/d) Immobilien, you assume the strategic and operational responsibility for all the real estate activities of the Dennree Group – from construction projects to object management. Together with your dedicated team, you plan and manage new building, rebuilding and modernization projects for our more than 400 Denns biomarkets as well as other company sites and ensure a timely and economic implementation. In addition, you are responsible for the central contract negotiations for the purchase of maintenance, service and dispossessment services and drive cost optimisation decisively. In close cooperation with internal departments and external partners, you develop and implement expansion strategies to continuously expand our site network and accompany the opening of new sites Budget planning and control for all property-related projects is your responsibility, ensuring transparency and efficiency. As a manager, you will promote the further development of your team and create structures that enable successful cooperation. You coordinate communication with authorities, architects, engineers and service providers ensure smooth project execution.

You have a degree in real estate management, civil engineering, architecture, economic engineering or a comparable qualification. You are characterized by several years of professional experience in the field of real estate management, ideally with a focus on construction and portfolio management and have the ability to motivate and develop teams. Their communication capability is as strong as your competence to negotiate complex facts convincingly. You have strategic thinking that connects you with a pronounced hands-on mentality and a secure negotiation skill. High self-initiative, organisational strength and a strong sense of responsibility complete your profile.
