You can look forward to this:

• Reception and support of customers in service
• Ensuring a smooth operation of customer service acceptance
• Support of the manager in kfm. Departments as well as workshop masters and service consultants
• Ensuring order and timely order intake and order opening incl. Credit assessment
• Complete the correspondence and operation of the telephone center
• Active customer support and appointment tracking, order and appointment tracking in the service and scheduling for the workshop area
• Compilation of invoice documents for repair orders and their manufacture including Accounting
• Administration of shuttle and repair bridging vehicles
• other commercial activities

We look forward to this:

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training
• Multiannual relevant professional experience in the commercial sector, preferably in the commercial vehicle industry (service/sales) desirable
• Technical understanding or willingness to acquire this
• Very good knowledge of the application of common computer systems (SAP, MS-Office)
• Friendly, independent and always customer-oriented working
• Teamability and high loadability
