You take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of the global tax function and develop the corporate tax strategy as well as governance structures You are responsible for the tax support of international plant construction projects – from supply skalkulation to contract design to successful project execution – including the division of tax risks and project structures You develop, negotiate and implement tax contractual clauses and group-wide standards for project and purchase contracts You shall ensure the tax settlement of international construction and assembly facilities, including profit and compliance with regulatory requirements You control group-wide billing price topics, develop corresponding models and answer the creation and quality assurance of the billing price documentation (Master File, Local Files) You ensure compliance with all tax compliance requirements (e.g. income and turnover tax, source tax, Intrastat) and are responsible for tax reporting, as well as the supervision of audits and remedies You develop and implement an effective tax compliance management system (Tax CMS) as well as corporate tax policies and ensure their compliance You evaluate international supply and performance chains as well as cross-border personnel operations from a tax perspective and are responsible for the interface to HR, Accounting and other departments You accompany and control tax-relevant strategic initiatives (e.g. M&A projects, ERP implementations, etc.) You drive forward the standardization, digitization and continuous development of tax processes and act as a central point of contact: for management, internal stakeholders and international companies

You have a degree in economics with a tax focus or a comparable qualification with a completed tax advisor Title You bring long-standing, well-founded professional experience in the tax sector, ideally in an internationally active industrial or plant engineering company Multiannual leadership experience as well as the ability to develop and manage teams successfully, you are characterized You have deep knowledge of international tax issues, in particular in the taxation of cross-border projects and workshops, as well as in the area of settlement prices You convince by a strong entrepreneurial thinking, enforcement ability and a structured and solution-oriented way of working Your strong communication capability allows you to act sovereignly on all levels – also in the international environment You have very good English and German knowledge in word and writing (min. C1) You are willing to take part in international missions
