Interface between SVA Key Account Managers, Cyber Security Consultants and Manufacturer Partners Advising our customers in selecting the appropriate security solutions and services Support, development and consolidation of business relations with our customers together with our SVA Key Account Managers Customer discussions and contract and price negotiations Active participation in customer events, trade fairs and similar events Designing and further developing the SVA cyber security portfolio Participation in cooperation and expansion of existing manufacturer partnerships in cooperation with SVA Alliance Management

Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) – or a comparable degree – e.g. Economics, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Computer Science Experience gained in cyber security sales and consulting, especially in connection with Incident Response, Security Operation Center (SOC), IT Compliance Very good knowledge in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel Experience with CRM systems, e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce Existing network in the cyber security industry in Germany High level of organizational talent, self-employment, self-responsibility and creativity Embossed customer and service orientation and team skills Very good communication skills with German skills at level C1 (or higher) and English skills at level B1 (or higher)
