As a regional personnel department, we serve around 5,700 primary and secondary employees of the Malteser Hilfsdienst of the Baden-Württemberg region at the Stuttgart site. Everything comes together here: With our 25-member team, we not only ensure the supervision of administrative personnel processes, but also take care of all labour law issues as well as the areas of personnel development, recruiting, working time management and personnel controlling. At more than 120 locations, the Maltesers in the Baden-Württemberg region help people in need with official and voluntary services. These include, among other things, the rescue service as well as the services home emergency call, menu service, disabled travel service, outpatient care, school assistance, medical emergency service, etc.

As a member of our nationwide network, you work on legal issues and topics for the Malteser Relief Service's personnel law and, if necessary, take over. independently with colleagues further tasks in HR process or project development. They advise the executives, personnel officers and the personnel manager on all questions concerning collective and individual labour law They accompany and advise the regional management in general legal issues (especially general civil law, rental law, criminal law and social security law) You answer telephone and written questions, in particular on the work contract guidelines of the German Caritasverband (AVR) They design additional agreements and legal letters of response and implement internal guidelines and guidelines Work-related monitoring of operations, employee transfers and tenders Examination and implementation of current case law for the daily business in cooperation with the central department You create service agreements and arrangements and accompaniment of negotiations with the employee representatives They take part in labour court processes, as well as the responsibility of coordinating these They train colleagues from the staff team on operational labour law issues The implementation of training for the region in the above-mentioned technical context
