Type of employment: Full time

You actively participate in the preparation and presentation of our buffets and meeting meals. With your trained eye, you make sure that our quality specifications are adhered to every handle. You take responsibility for compliance with HACCP policies and cleanliness throughout the kitchen area. You support in the kitchen and make sure that dishes and kitchen are always ready for use. You pack up where support is needed and contribute to a smooth everyday kitchen. You are mainly used in early service (5:00–15:00) and if necessary in late service (14:30–ca. 23:00).

You have an education in the gastronomy or are motivated: cross-entry:in with practical kitchen experience. You know the usual hygiene regulations (HACCP) and naturally implement them. You are sure to be in German, every other language is a plus. You work carefully, reliably and like to pack. You are able to team and keep track of multiple tasks. You can reliably keep the early start times from 5:00 – regardless of your residence distance.
