In the further development of BW Bank to an Omnikanalbank, we focus on expanding our online services and developing innovative digital solution for our private and business customers.

In this field, attractive and challenging tasks lie. Projektreferent (m/w/d) - Processes & Digitization in cross-departmental teams actively collaborate with our product management, production and IT units. Your task is to introduce new applications to support our omnichannel operation, to maintain and develop professionally.

Digital: support and further development of digital assistance systems in our private and business customer area. Your focus is on the introduction and professional support of applications with which we control the availability and utilization in our digital customer channels. These include a contact center platform that handles customer requests from all digital sales channels, as well as an application via which we route and answer email requests AI-assisted.

Overarching: Active and independent cooperation in cross-departmental projects and projects to digitize our product and service processes.

Innovative: collaboration with LBBW's digitalization projects and the Sparkassenfinanzorganisation.

Qualified: completed studies or completed bank training with further theoretical qualifications (e.g. bank management) or comparable training.

Experienced: Good knowledge of digital distribution channels in private customer business and in the core banking system OS Plus; Flowing German knowledge.

Competent: Methodological competences in handling project-based tasks.

Analytical: Embossed analytical and conceptual skills, process-oriented thinking.
