For our client company we are looking for a reliable exporter (m/w/d) in the transfer of employees with the option to take over.

In this role you take responsibility for the efficient handling of export orders. They cooperate closely with customers, suppliers and internal departments to ensure a smooth and punctual export process.

Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Your tasks: • independent processing of export orders, including delivery documents and customs processing • Communication with customers and suppliers to coordinate delivery dates and conditions • Monitoring export orders with regard to costs, quality and timeliness • Processing of complaints and damages in the export sector • Control and optimization of export-related processes • Close cooperation with internal departments such as purchasing, production and logistics

Your qualifications: • Successfully completed commercial vocational training, preferably in logistics, or comparable qualification • Relevant professional experience in export • Flowing German and English skills • Secure handling of MS Office and common export software systems • Communication strength and negotiation skills • Organisational and team skills
