The notified body shall be placed in the management system. The management system staff supports the management of the DLR project promoter with regard to the design, evaluation and further development of the integrated management system. This includes quality, environmental, sustainability, energy and information security management as well as the handling of personal data. It ensures compliance with German and international standards. Your tasks Maintenance, coordination, further development and monitoring of IT security at DLR Project Management (DLR‐PT) Creation, maintenance and further development and announcement of an IT security concept for the DLR project promoter based on the IT security concept of DLR and the special IT security requirements of the DLR‐PT Organisation, coordination and initiation of IT security measures in DLR-PT, control of the concrete implementation of measures, assessment of the effectiveness, analysis and follow-up of security incidents Coordination and coordination of technical and organisational measures (TOM) with the information security mandate of the DLR‐PT technical support and cooperation with the information security officer according to international standard ISO/IEC 27001 and the data protection coordinator at DLR-PT according to GDPR Consulting and support of the management of DLR‐PT regarding IT security Advising executives and employees on IT security, data protection and information security

completed university studies (Bachelor/FH diploma), preferably in the fields of computer science or business informatics with the focus on information and/or IT security; Alternatively, other university degrees may also be considered if You have a relevant relation to IT security Detection of well-founded experience in IT and information security (at least three years of professional experience) as well as proof of certification as an information security officer (w/m/d) sound knowledge of science, project and process management as well as holistic management systems (ISO/IEC 27001/ISO 14001/ISO 9001) Experience in handling and structuring and maintenance of QM documentation and IT security-specific documentation secure control of moderation, group work and presentation techniques good knowledge of English at least on level B2 and fluent knowledge of German at least on level C2 Individual initiative, team capacity, enforcement capacity, coordination and problem-solving competence as well as organisational skills Look forward to an attractive salary package which, depending on the qualification and task transfer, is composed of a grouping up to the pay group EG 12 TVöD, a possible monthly IT supplement, an annual special payment as well as an employee-funded pension scheme.
