For this exciting and versatile environment, we are looking for a material handling (m/w/d) for the strategic purchasing of delivery and services at the next time and in an indefinite setting.

In this position, you are essentially responsible for the development of procurement strategies and carry out appropriate procurement procedures independently – you always have a look at both procurement regulations and the technical requirements of the internal demand points and thus ensure efficient and legally secure procurement processes.

Development of procurement strategies taking into account the legal requirements and the technical requirements of the business units Creation of framework agreements Examination of the lists of services in terms of contract and distribution Own implementation and documentation of award procedures – from the preparation of tender documents to the examination and evaluation of the tenders received up to the preparation of proposals for awards Order creation and contract creation Maintenance and management of contract-relevant data in SAP or ZVV (Central Contract Management) Examination and processing of applications for derogation from the type of award provided Processing of contract failures

A successfully completed study in an industrial or legal field or a successfully completed commercial training with corresponding professional experience Vocational practice in the field of tendering/contracting of services and knowledge required in public procurement law Experience in planning and implementing projects Comprehensive knowledge of relevant laws and regulations Basic knowledge of SAP and e-learning Self-employed, unambiguous and binding decision-making and action as well as team skills German language skills in word and writing
