You provide a warm guest reception and an appropriate guest service You are responsible for a guest-friendly check-in and check-out incl. Accounting, Commission accounting and debt collection processing Guidance, coordination and continuous training of the reception team Compliance, implementation and optimization of Seetel Service and quality standards You provide an ideal flow of information and smooth cooperation with all other departments in the house

A successful training in the hotel industry Insufficient professional experience as reception manager Sales and motivation, negotiation skills English knowledge of word and writing, other foreign languages of advantage MS Office and Opera Cloud knowledge of advantage Embossed guest and service orientation Self-safe occurrence and enforcement Teamability and good leadership qualities Ready-to-use, commitment and initiative as well as hands on mentality
