Senior Electrician (m/f/d)

The professional and commercial processing of our electrical construction projects takes you from the start of construction to the successful conclusion. As a central contact person for our customers, you will ensure a smooth collaboration. Completely, you enter the projects and take tasks from the first offer creation to the reliable follow-up management. As part of the project controller, you are responsible for preparing and monitoring dates, costs, quality and personnel. For transparent traceability, you will create a professional, complete project documentation. Directly on site, you will guide and motivate your assembly team and ensure compliance with all quality standards and safety requirements.

A successfully completed vocational training in the field of electrical engineering, ideally complemented by a further education as a master or state-tested technician. Multiannual well-founded experience in the construction management or operational management of electrotechnical projects. An independent, cleanly structured way of working as well as a pronounced entrepreneurial ability. Real leadership skills and the ability to remotivate and inspire your team on site daily. A safe handling of the current MS Office applications as well as modern building management tools. A strong customer orientation, complemented by negotiation skills and high organizational talent. Good knowledge of German for smooth communication (at least B2 level).
