You are a direct contact person and contact person for our drivers and trainees to the professional driver (m/w/d). You accompany the riders and BKF trainees during their tours and practically support them in case of cargo safety, vehicle load, shortening of setup times and operations during loading and unloading. You check compliance with legal and internal regulations and regulations. You determine the training needs of the drivers and BKF trainees, are responsible for the organisation and implementation of the instruction and for this purpose create proofs and re-imaginations. You collect and maintain data in our computer system and internal databases. You train new drivers/BKF trainees as part of the installation.

You have professional experience as a professional driver (m/w/d) with commercial knowledge, preferably in distribution. You are safer in handling Microsoft Office applications and have experiences in handling databases and computer systems. Your consulting and training skills enable you to communicate specialist knowledge and behavioral requirements. Ideally, you have foreign language skills, preferably English, Russian or Polish. You have pedagogical skills and enforcement skills. You are flexible and ready to work from Monday to Friday. Criticism and pronounced communication skills complete your profile.
