They will support the further development of the SMT strategy, i.e., among other things, prepare and accompany the annual strategic planning process

you will take over the multi-project management of projects with high complexity and high strategic relevance in all areas of the ZEISS SMT

They serve as an interface to corporate areas and external consultants as well as to other areas of ZEISS AG

you are constantly developing the strategy department's methodology kit with your expert knowledge

They advise and train the operating SMT units with very complex (strategic) questions

You have a completed study of physics or alternative to engineering, industrial engineering; in addition, a promotion or a first-class MBA is desirable

through your multiannual activity in a leading top management consultancy, you could gain professional experience in the strategy consulting of tech companies

You have proven project management experience in complex projects and the sustainable anchoring of project results

They have above-average analytical and problem solving capabilities as well as planning and organisational skills

You maintain a convincing communication style at all (management) levels with reliable German and English skills

You have very good knowledge in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
