As a pricing manager (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), you work directly with the business unit and the sales team to support customer value-oriented pricing. The role is crucial for fulfilling our 5-year plan by using market information comprehensively and thereby improving our price position. To exploit the full potential and collective knowledge, you work with many stakeholders across the company and build a strong cross-functional network.

Development and implementation of pricing models and strategies Monitoring of prices in competition and analysis of price developments Continuous monitoring of price increases, discounts and special offers Monitoring industry trends and further development of pricing instruments (according to KBC's) Consolidation of pricing knowledge based on current projects and details (e.g. won/lost projects) Support for price updates and price elasticity analysis to optimize sales

Completed studies in economics, business management or another area with strong quantitative focus Experience in Commercial Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Sales Controlling or Comparative Qualification Customer orientation with a pronounced communication strength Excellent analytical skills and high number affinity Strong written and oral communication skills (English and German) Quick conception and structured operation readiness to travel according to business requirements
