You take over the leadership and support of your team, consisting of pre-workers (m/w/d) and cleaning staff The coordination and implementation of necessary training is in your hands You are the link between the ISS and our customer and take responsibility for building cleaning work For effective staff sharing, you control the quality of your team's cleaning work You keep budget requirements in mind, analyze working processes and optimize them to increase efficiency and quality sustainably

You bring professional experience in building cleaning or facility management You are Master Building Cleaning (m/w/d) or have a comparable professional qualification You have knowledge of the leadership of employees You draw your attention through your organizational ability and your entrepreneurial thinking and acting Your good German skills allow you to optimally handle your colleagues, supervisors and local contact persons It is easy for you to motivate your team, cooperate well and resolve conflicts sovereignly WE BEEPS
