You develop innovative recruiting strategies to win the best talents for apoproject in the long term. You advise our offices and executives in all recruiting questions. You are the first job advertisements and are responsible for the first job selection In first phone and personal interviews, you enthuse candidate: inside for apoproject and our open positions. You are responsible for transparent and professional communication with applicants: women, service providers, colleagues and executives. You are specifically talking to professionals and executives through different channels, especially social media.

You have successfully completed your studies in BWL, Human Resources, (Economic) Psychology or a similar subject or have completed a completed commercial training with a focus on personnel You bring several years of professional experience as Recruiter: You know how to win and inspire the right candidates and have already successfully demonstrated this. You convince by your excellent communication and your consulting skills With curiosity, creativity and a structured way of working, you are a team player: in our own right.
