Bachelor in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or BWL with focus on logistics/transport, as an alternative to a kfm/logistic training and a further education on the specialist or master Multiannual professional experience in logistics, ideally in a medium-sized company in the forwarding sector Excellent organizational skills and high self-initiative and flexibility Impressed communication and team skills and leadership skills Cost- and profit-conscious behavior High IT affinity and safe handling of digital tools
