Technical Project Management Maritime Simulation (m/w/d)

As part of the technical project management, you are responsible for the technical success of the respective projects in the field of maritime simulation. Here we are manufacturers of training simulators for individual and team training of naval soldiers and ship crews, for various types of ships (submarines, battens, corvettes). For our national and international customers, we offer training solutions for, among others, location mapping, position assessment, decision-making, sensor and weapon deployment planning, tactical procedures or operator training. In addition to the professional leadership of developer teams, the technical project management (m/w/d) also includes the conceptual cooperation in the project as part of the task. Your tasks: Coordination of development activities in the team and participating specialist departments within the projects Responsibility for the implementation of technical management in the context of supply processing and system development Creation of concepts for systems and subsystems and related specifications Presentation of technical offers and concepts at the customer's premises Negotiating technical content with customers, partners and suppliers Implementation of requirement analyses and responsibility for requirement management Definition, planning and control of work packages for teams and subcontractors (IST/SOLL)

Complete studies in the field of computer science, electrical engineering, communications technology or comparable Multiannual experience in the role of project management in a development-oriented environment or from a Bundeswehrlaufbahn. Alternative Experience as a System Developer (m/w/d) with the desire to go the next career step towards project management System understanding in the field of naval ships is advantageous, but no need.
