You plan and coordinate the organisational processes of samples, concerts and guest games in the context of the prescribed MRP and ensure the proper execution of the events You create event and stage plans and coordinate them with the participating internal bodies as well as the guest venues You coordinate stage design and monitor its proper implementation taking into account the safety-relevant aspects You coordinate the work of the orchestral waiter in the ongoing trial and concert operation and provide technical work instructions within the framework of the inspicuousness You organize the search and procurement of note materials (purchase and loan material) and, in coordination with the head of the KBO, ensure the timely production of the note material's playability (together with the voice guides), you are responsible for the organization of the note archive including inventory, restoration and digital recording and control the corresponding workflows of the orchestral auditorium You organize and monitor the attendance of the orchestral musicians at the samples and concerts A change or addition of the task area is reserved.

A completed training or study in an area suitable for the task field, e.g. professional musicians, stage masters, event engineers, music library or comparable Experiences in an artistic production plant (Orchester, Theater, Festival) Good knowledge of the orchestral repertoire, instruments and musical processes as well as good ability to read notes readiness for flexible working hours and management services in evening, weekend and holiday services Good computer skills, especially in the MS Office products, knowledge in visio are desirable Class B driving licence, FS class C1E or CE is desirable
