We are looking to strengthen our regulation management department Projektmanagement (m/w/d) of networking and regulatory requirements for the production the necessary requests and fulfilment of publication, report and documentation obligations from the EnWG and other regulations. Regulatory management sets the interface of our company regulatory authorities (Federal Network Agency, State regulatory authorities) in. All revenue in the core business of the network operators shall be subject to: Approval of those regulatory authorities.

Regulation management: You process complex transactions and ensure that regulatory requirements comply with law and Efficient implementation. Concept development: You start extensive technical concepts Implementation of regulatory requirements and develops strategic solutions for company-wide questions. · Quality: You clarify demanding energy law and regulatory issues – precise, sound and practical. Consultation: You support internal customers, especially Executives, with clear recommendations and professional know-how. Process optimization: You analyze existing processes in Regulatory environment and develop it continuously and predictively on.

· A completed university degree in Business Administration or comparable disciplines with an energy-economic focus. · Advanced knowledge of energy law, in particular in regulation the energy industry (e.g. EnWG, ARegV). · A pronounced analytical mindset to complex facts fast to penetrate and to prepare practice-oriented. · A responsible, structured and solution-oriented Working. · Communication strength as well as the ability to focus on the team and to act with managers. · Advantages: Teamability, Flexibility and Loadability dynamic working environment.
